Served in a large and comfortable room which also serves
as guest lounge through the day.

Coffee-Tea / Cereals / Yoghurt / Porridge and Tasty traditional
full Scottish breakfast or vegetarian option cooked freshly for you
by Mrs. Burns

Packed lunches also provided by arrangement.

PARKING

2 Spaces on front of the house
Some secure parking spaces at back of the house available

Priority for secure spaces is given to the double rooms

FURTHER INFORMATION

Reservations can be held on Visa/Mastercard or Maestro card details. Please have these to hand when making a booking. Mrs Burns will normally ask you to pay deposit of first night`s money in advance. Also she will ask you to pay balance of your bill on the day before departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY. Reservations altered or cancelled LATER THAN 120 hours. on DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL will incur the loss of your deposit paid.
